Like A Candle – Alice in Wonderland Album
I’ve always had a love hate relationship with the Alice in Wonderland story. As a kid, I was fascinated by the bizarre characters and John Tenniel’s intricate illustrations. I felt drawn in to their elaborate world of make believe and also a little bit scared. The story always felt a little ominous to me.
As an adult, I was delighted to learn that the book is in the public domain so I am free to bring my own fusion of fantasy and reality to it. In my interpretation, I read and sing from the original text and foreground as much as I can in movement in nature.

Notes To Self – A Video Essay Series
I’m feeling excited about this latest documentary inspired series. Notes to Self is literally that; a way to share what I’m thinking about and working on.
I finally think I’ve found a good format for holding all of the kinds of expression I want to share: music, dance, nature, urban spaces, and narration.
Do you have topics related to personal growth and awareness that I might reflect on? Drop a line and let me know!
